Application process and deposit
We will contact you within three business days of receipt of application to confirm dates. We require a non-refundable rental deposit (via check, money order or credit card). If first choice dates are not available, we will let you know which alternate dates we can confirm. Deposits as follows: one weekend $100, one full week $200, more than one week $300.

Policy on deposits, refunds, waivers, etc.
After dates are confirmed, you will be mailed a rental agreement and liability waiver to be signed and returned. If you choose to cancel the booking, rental deposit will not be refunded. Half of rental rate is due eight weeks prior to first confirmed date. Balance is due one month prior. Cancellations must be made one month prior to first confirmed date for no additional penalty to be incurred.

Refundable security/damage deposit of $500 is due upon arrival. Provided there is no damage, this money will be refunded in full. You can pay this via check, money order or credit card. If paying by check, it is due two weeks prior to allow for it to clear through the bank.
